, or fill in the form online. Start by choosing which level of membership is appropriate for you from the list below. Note that we do not process online payments. Once you have completed the application process, an invoice will be generated with the appropriate BTW (VAT) amount added. The invoice will also contain instructions how to transfer the membership fee to our bank account. If you are joining from a country where BTW (VAT) should not be applied, or are joining after 1st July, please proceed with the application process. Once that is complete, our office will contact you with a revised invoice.
