How are you managing remote employees? Is their well-being suffering from prolonged isolation? How will you evaluate performance and appraise competencies? What is your crisis team doing and how can you support them?

During the first wave of lock-down, it was a bit like being on holiday - something novel and different that wasn't going to last too long. But the ongoing restrictions have proved difficult for companies, managers, employees and their families alike. After a full year of working partially or fully from home, some people are tired and losing motivation whilst some are thriving.

In this 2-part series, find out what others have done, how they've coped and what they have learned.

It can be something you are passionate about, have done to help you cope with Covid, are struggling with or simply want to share. Work, sports, hobbies or dreams. Factful, fanciful or funny - all contributions are welcome!
