To keep our members and friends connected, we hold a virtual event on the 2nd Friday of every month. A number of speakers with various topics are arranged for you. Everyone is invited for some fun and knowledge sharing.

Getting Employees Back To Work

After a full year of working partially or fully from home, some people are tired and losing motivation whilst others are thriving. Many are convinced that they don't want to return to working at the office full time. Surveys suggest that a hybrid option of 2 - 3 days working from home is the preferred choice.
Can you accommodate that? Must you? What if you don't want that? How will you transition employees back to work and determine KPI's? How will your managers have to change how they manage employees? And what does that mean for your office equipment and buildings?

In this session, find out what others have done, how they've defined new HR policies and what the legal rules are.
